Meet Jovan G. Agee
The Businessman
As Founder and President of Agee Global Solutions, LLC, Jovan and his team provide advocacy, strategic advice, government relations, project development, procurement, public affairs, and strategic consulting to not only local, regional, and state governments, but agencies, trade associations, corporations, entrepreneurs, and non-profit groups globally.

Through his position as Founder and President of Five-Percent Development, LLC, he has participated in projects that aim to enhance and preserve the cultural fabric -- as well as advance the character -- of California's communities.

In his role as Founder of ImPAC California, a political action committee (PAC), Jovan created this platform to enable groups and individuals to pool their resources, amplify their political voices, and elect people that align with their interests. The mission is to elect local and state candidates in California who will ensure wealth creation opportunities for all Californians.
My Story
In my youth, I struggled with loneliness and felt misunderstood -- a feeling that continues to be all too common today for both young people and adults alike. My frustration in dealing with my conditions at the time eventually made me realize the only solution was to confront those adversities directly. By objectively assessing the ways various challenges confounded me, identifying the detours around them, and pushing myself to move forward, I learned how to use those latent strengths to my advantage.
In this era of politics, the conventional wisdom is that you should value and pay attention only to those who share the same outlook on life as you do. That by fully focusing on allies, one can determine when and how to develop policy and/or allocate resources.
That is not my mode of operation.
I weigh all the opinions provided -- whether I agree with them or not. This seemingly "simple" notion has carried me through thick and thin, as well as contributed towards my team's outcomes for success across a wide range of projects.
Moving Forward...
As I've matured as a person and grown in business, my priorities have changed. In the beginning, I was set on proving myself, to show others that I was capable in the realms of business and politics. Now that I'm older, things have shifted. The new goal is to spend as much time with my family and friends as possible.

Pursuing Agee Global Solutions, LLC, is all that I hoped it would be -- and more. While both friends and professional associates urged me to seek elected office, I remain undeterred and unwaveringly committed to showing how great of a positive impact I can make in government and society as a whole...without having to run for office.

I am surrounded by an incredible community of support and am grateful for each day I get to wake up and thrive in my passions, knowing it directly benefits those around me. Much of that credit goes to my team and colleagues. As a huge basketball fan, I see putting together a business team much like the process of assembling a winning basketball team: you've got to constantly review the assets you put out, while adjusting strategy and personnel as the game changes. A specific skill set might be required one year, and a completely different one the next.

Stepping into my latest endeavor as a new author, as well as furthering my philanthropic aspirations, while continuing to improve the lives of those I care about most, I know there are many more chapters of my story to be written. The existence of this site alone is my first bold step in learning towards new -- yet familiar -- territory. I can't wait for all who know me, and those I've yet to meet, to see what I'm truly capable of.
